Dalí Paris

The Dalí Paris, also known as Espace Dalí is a permanent collection of Salvador Dalí’s works. Expect surrealist paintings, dream-like sculptures, and fanciful engravings.

Right in the heart of Paris’ most artistic neighbourhood - Montmartre - is a small museum, the Dalí Paris, completely dedicated to Spanish Surrealist artist Salvador Dalí. The museum, sometimes also called Espace Dalí, houses a permanent collection of over 300 pieces.

The artworks include paintings, objects, etchings, and furniture. The holdings all bear that unmistakable Dalinian style that melts and merges animals, objects, religion, and myth in liquid shapes and ever-changing figures.

Inside, you’ll find many of the artist’s well-known visual motifs. Spider-legged animals, soft watches, drawers, and constant references to literature, from the Bible to Don Quixote, to Alice in Wonderland.

We suggest that, since you’ll be in one of the most artistically celebrated neighbourhoods of Paris, you take your chance to explore the area along with the Espace Dalí. There are plenty of local guides ready to share the secrets of the district with you, you just need to book a tour .
