Fallas 2026 Program

A complete program of every event in Fallas 2026, from February to the 19th of March

Fallas 2026 in a nutshell…

Fallas culminates in the Semana Fallera from March 15th to 19th, with parades, fireworks, and the burning of fallas sculptures.

Key events you shouldn’t miss:

February: The Cridà (official Fallas opening), first Mascletà, and Despertà wake-up call.

March 1-14: Daily Mascletàs, parades, and the Ninot Exhibition, where winning figures are saved from the flames.

March 15: Plantà Infantil, placing children’s fallas around the city.

March 16: Plantà, the full setup of all fallas sculptures.

March 17-18: Ofrenda de Flores, a massive flower offering to the Virgin of the Forsaken.

March 18: Nit del Foc, the grandest fireworks display.

March 19: Cabalgata del Fuego, fire parade, followed by La Cremà, the fiery finale where all fallas are burned.

Fallas is really a feat that takes all year to prepare. Artists, committee members, falleras and falleros work tirelessly all year round to raise funds for the festival, organise events, plan and design the fallas. Finally, they pull it all together to deliver the most spectacular, colourful, and loudest festival they can muster.

Between the end of February and the first couple of weeks of the following month, the city quietly shakes off the last remnants of winter. As spring gently makes its way into Valencia, Fallas - not quiet, nor discreet - barges in, fervent and theatrical.

The rhythm of the festival grows in a crescendo of celebrations, colours, lights, firecrackers and music. The most significant and important days, generally referred to as those of the Semana Fallera, are the final ones, between the 15th and the 19th of March.
